What do you need to know about the Marshall car? I know it was Butternut Yellow, but that's about it. I think you still have the engine block from another Marshall Yenko Chevelle that was dealer transferred to Stauffer Chev. but it's not from this BY car.

That's what I thought. I offered to send you the title info on the red one the last time you were on this site, but no answer. Now, I'm not sure I still have it, I'll check my notes.

a guy i work with claims to have purchased a yenko chevelle (burgundy is his description) new from nankivell. he claims to have crushed it while it was 4 months old on a overpass divider and spent a month in the hospital. he has not been able to produce any docs on the car but claims to have paperwork from its purchase "somewhere in his mothers attic" his mother passed recently and i am discretely asking if he has found anything about the car but under the circumstances dont want to push for the info.
I do believe the guy, he has shown me pictures of 12 cars he built over the years. t buckets, drag cars, a frame off 70 ls6 in the late 80's, he knows his stuff so i dont think he's blowing smoke, but i cannot substantiate his story yet. i asked about what happened to the car and he claims it was scrapped by insurance, he was paid and he bought a new truck to pull his drag car to the strip, the story does change a little each time.
i will not give out his name, he is reluctant to say a whole lot about it. i will continue to inquire about the car and post any info i can obtain. my first post on this board concerned this car.
if you think you know his name from a title search pm me.

The motor from the Nankivell car was in a running bus in Northern Kentucky/Indiana line when found last year.

makes sense, he is from south of indy and used to live about 70 miles south of there so whereever the car was scrapped the engine was probably sold. do you have the engine.
