Default U.S. built jackstands

Need some new jackstands. Anybody own some high quality U.S. built 2-3 ton jackstands they can recommend? I am also looking for those rubber inserts you can put over the jaw to avoid scratching the undercarriage. Same goes for the rubber piece you can slip onto the jack. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know of any USA built stands, but I am very partial to the stands with the second locking pin.
