Default pulley I D help

I Have a cast iron pulley. Number 38631088F next to it is 56-4D. Also no the outter ring is D59. What is it and why did i buy it

I think that should be 3863108 BF
That's a 2 groove crankshaft pulley for your:
*1965-66 Corvette 396 or 427 w/A/C.
*1967 or 69 Corvette 427 w/A/C w/o tri-power.
*1967 Chevelle 396 Spcl. Hi-Perf.w/A.I.R. & w/o P/S.
*1967 Passenger 427 w/Spcl. Hi-perf A.I.R. or 62amp Alt. both w/o P/S.
*1967 Camaro 396 Hi-Perf w/A.I.R. & Spcl. Hi-Perf 396 w/o P/S.
