I watched Barry Meguiar on "Car Crazy" this morning and he made a statement at one of the auto shows while introducing an Auto exec (who was not the target of the statement)that rang very true in the car world and I'm waiting to see or hear the feedback. "We all know there are car exec's out there that are not "car crazy".

Well, it is a business and you don't have to be "car crazy" to be successful in the car business, you just have to sell more cars than the other guy. For every Bob Lutz there are probably dozens more auto industry execs who don't give a damn about cars, only the bottom line, and that's their job. "Passion" is not a prerequisite for success.
