Imus made a really stupid remark about the Rutgers girls basketball team. This is certainly not the first time, he is a shock jock. This link make some really valid points that puts this thing in perspective.

The big mouths like Al and Jesse don't ever deal with the real problem...DRUGS..!! the drugs are the single biggest cause of violence and crime in this country....the lack of effort by our politicians to deal with this problem is amazing....stop the drugs and you will stop the crime..simple truth

Sharpton was on the Today Show this morning with Meredith Vierra.....after he ran his mouth for awhile she asked him the tough question: What are you and Jessee going to do about the "gangsta" culture that plays everyday on America's airways...big Al stumbled and side stepped and was obviously not ready to answer this type of question. They went to a video of Sharpton and Jackson in front of NBC...it is ironic that the same guy who called NYC "himey-town" should be condemning Imus for his poor choice of words....how soon we forget
 Don was wrong and he will be punished...the only problem is that long after this situation is forgotten, young black kids will still be dying in drug related violence on our city streets....and Jessee and Al will still have done nothing to help solve the real problems... wilma

Did Al or Jesse issue an apology regarding the innocent Duke lacrosse players. These players and their families have been through hell. I wonder if they will admit their mistake and stage protest against the accuser or the DA. They have been very quiet on this issue and the recent ruling.
