One of the BEST...

One of the best Muscle Car books and one of the best collections assembled. My wife is really into books, used ones in particular. Well, it being Mother's Day yesterday, the boys and I treated her to one of her favorite pass times...shelf inspections at the local used book store. Dad made a pretty cool discovery. A hard back original edition of one of my favorites. The dust jacket is nearly perfect. Have always admired this book, but wanted a hard bound edition. Skimmed thru it (again) last night and was truly impressed with the fore sight that Otis had. This was nearly 20 years ago too. His collection and the unique stories behind each ride make for a very interesting read. Wow!

P.S. For Christmas the wife found an original copy of a terrific Don Garlits (am a big fan of "Big Daddy") autobiography - will save this for another posting - great pix too!
