Default Some Chevelle Help please...........

A friend of mine has a 1970 LS6 Chevelle Convertible that he got from a guy down South about 7-8 years ago somewhere around Cajun Country. It was built in Baltimore. This winter after years and years of prodding, he's going to try and get into better condition. It's a decent driver but not exactly show ready. He is hoping to find some build sheets. Do any of you Chevelle experts know here he should be focusing his attention in his hunt for these?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You might want to try a post on Team Chevelle (chevelles.com)

Some of the most often mentioned spots are under the carpet, in a door panel, behind the back seat, above the gas tank.
The guys on Team Chevelle will probably tell you where to look on a Baltimore car.

All areas should not be ignored, but tell him to look behind the passenger & drivers side door panels first. Then aim behind & under the front & rear seats & under the entire carpet too.

Find out where the car was built and then post on Team Chevelle - location of build sheet varies somewhat depending on where car was built.

Guys, thanks for the help Gary, my buddy, appreciates it very much. He also wants to make a correction, it's an L34 convertible and not an LS6.

Cumby, nice location
