Hey guys! Thanks for the compliments... Troy's Nova project is going to be killer.
As an aside, we'd love to shoot Supercar events... we'll try to be at Gateway in '08 if time allows. We're not far from there. As for this quote: [ QUOTE ] it will probably be for sale, the cutlass they are doing is,and they didnt have it a month. [/ QUOTE ] Not really sure what that is all about... the Olds we're building did change hands last year after we had it for a year and a half, and we're still working to complete it for the YearOne event in May. Anyhow, this is an awesome site and we're happy you liked the Nova piece! ![]() - Kevin Oeste |

Yeah, that's a weird one.
We would love to shoot there... we did a feature on Pete Gerling's Yenko Camaro a couple years ago at Union Grove, and he's been giving me a time about going to the reunion. It looks awesome from the pics, and it does sound like a killer time! |

I like Troy, and the way the segment was shot. It sounds like the way a real car guy would describe his latest project instead of a crazed, wrenched throwing, deadline beating, reality TV hamming, soap opera written, TV personality want to be. Was that harsh? m

Was that harsh? m [/ QUOTE ] Nice... We try to just have conversations with our interiew subjects to hear what they're really like and try to learn something. We appreciate your comments... that means we're doing what we set out to do and it comes across. If you want to hear more from Troy, here's link to a page with phone interview where he is *VERY* candid about cars, SEMA, the Ridler car, and life in general... it's long, but it's worth it. Click on the Rad Rides by Troy thread about 2/3 down the list for the whole thing. http://www.v8tvshow.com/forum/index.php?board=14.0 |
