Look at the video. That was no more of a steet race than me driving a Toyota. The car was a 80s or 90s 4dr ford or merc. More like two drunks playing tag from intersection to intersection.

Why do these media fools always call it "drag racing?" It was STREET RACING. Drag racing occurs on a sanctioned drag strip with safety rules, regulations and staff. Street racing is where a couple of idiots wind up doing exactly what appears in these news reports, week after week.

Media people went to school to learn how to write attention getting stories. Facts seem to elude them in most instances.
