'68 L71 'Vette value

I went and looked at this car yesterday and I'm trying to get a handle on value.

'68 #'s matching (no paperwork) 435hp 4sp Roadster, no power options, car was purchased from an estate in the '80's and never titled (this won't be a problem). Current owner has 10+ 'vette's and he needs to thin the herd.

Car runs and drives great, new suspension and brakes, frame looks good paint is fair, interior is good (needs carpet). The car just needs to be put back together with the correct stuff.

I've done some research and pricing seems to be all over the place. Any educated guess on price range would be appreciated.
