`68 Rochester 1bbl Monojet
Looking for any of the following 1968 Monojet carburetors:
Buick: 7028047 Chevrolet: 7028014, 7028015, 7028017 Oldsmobile: 7028057 I basically just need a parts carb, so it doesn't have to be 100% complete, but it does need to have all the correct choke hardware with it. (No eBay or Craigslist ads, please) Thanks Eric |

Re: `68 Rochester 1bbl Monojet
Eric, it's not a 68 but I have a 63 Monojet if any of the hardware is the same I would be happy to help you out.

Re: `68 Rochester 1bbl Monojet
Rick, thanks for the offer, but the parts I need are `68-only items found only on the above-mentioned carbs.
( Gotta love that wonderful Rochester "application-specific" issue. ) Eric |

Re: `68 Rochester 1bbl Monojet
Eric not sure what it is but I have a 68 nova 6 cylinder glide car would this be what you would be looking for. It is complete? Where do I look for the numbers?

Re: `68 Rochester 1bbl Monojet
Jason;
That would be a correct application for the carb. The numbers should be either stamped on a round foil tag located in a round boss on the main body just to the left of the fuel inlet, or possibly stamped vertically into a boss on the main body just to the right of the fuel inlet. Eric |
