Default PRETTY IN PINK

Bruce Hershberger's freshly restored 1970 Dodge Challenger arrives in Scottsdale from Alaska. Factory 440 6-PK, shaker, 4-speed original, born with drive train. Factory rear wing, rear louvers, white R/T striped car with black/white houndstooth interior. Build sheet, fender tag. Sold new at Bill Breck Dodge in Tucson, AZ in June of 1970. Original owner still lives in Tucson. Over the top restoration to OEM standards. Great documented history.

Rich P
are the other 2 the late Daniel Banker(Florida), and Harold Sullivans cars?
Currently known to only be 5 total 70 Dodge Challengers produced in Panther Pink, 6-pack, with Shaker.
The other 2 , 1 in Hawaii, 1 Oklahoma

Wow !! Just heard about Danial today. Heard he was sick but didnt know he passed away !! Was hoping to run into him this weekend at Big Daddy's this weekend.

You named the few but the one in Hawaii I didnt hear of !!
Should have been at the Playboy Mansion a few years ago, I had the two only Pink Hemi Cudas there !! I have a guy who say's he owns a Pink Hemi Challenger but havent seen proof.
That would be one of the Rarest Hemi Challenger besides the 71 Sunroof Hemi Challenger

Rich
A very sad thing indeed about Daniel, he was the Panther Pink Challenger expert.
Hope you find out more on the Hemi Challenger, Daniel had a wanted ad for that car ongoing for the last 3 -4 years over on moparts.com.

I assume you mean "known" (to whom?) and not "produced," right? Because when it comes to Mopars, you can't combine options to arrive at a production figure. In total, 41 US-spec Challenger R/Ts were built in Panther Pink, plus an unspecified number of Canadian and export-spec cars.

The Shaker hood is very rare on these cars, because when Chrysler crash tested this conbination of a Challenger with the Shaker hood, they found out that the hood had a nasty habit of coming through the windshield and killing the driver in a frontal crash.
Good reason to change the hood design, especially after it went into production.
'Cuda has a slightly different set-up, no worries there.
