Hi guys--
Just wanted your opinion on this. I'm thinking about selling my MQ code COPO engine to help me finish my 442 resto sooner rather than later. I was going to put it in my Camaro that is still waiting to be restored. Seeing as the engine really belongs in a 4-speed Chevelle, I'm thinking it might be a good idea to let it go to a proper home and then pick up another engine when I'm ready to roll with the Camaro. I also started toying with going with an L78 engine in the Camaro instead of a 427. Your input on this would be appreciated. Thanks. You guys are the best. ![]() |

Has the date and code stamp. Does not have a VIN #. I'll check the date code when I get home and can look at my paperwork.

Albert, I just sent you a PM. Is that a coincidence? If not, that's pretty incredible.
