There was a former Ed Hamburger Challenger that raced up here in the late 70's, early 80's that was based on a TA. Fender tags were still on it when I saw it 20+ years ago. I'd forgoten all about it, I'll have to check and see if the guy still has it. ( Or if he's still alive!)

This car came real close to being restored. In fact it was partially torn apart to start the restoration and the owner had to be strongly urged not to go any further with it, put it back together and display it. He was shocked by the reception it received at Carlisle the first time it was shown.
