Looking for some info on an Eco islander 246 air meter. Any gurus's out there?

I ran across one with a porcelain light on top. Its apart but has been painted, all the trim looks nice and everything appears to be there and in good condition. Just wondering what I should offer.

A good builder starts at about 2,000.00 if all the pieces are there. Is it air & water? Not all the islanders had water. What's the letters following 246?..Joe

It's probably AWTNL. description from the catalog;
Model 246AWTNL islander with eco tireflator & pipe adapter. Identical to the 246AWTL except without the reflector unit. 2" pipe adapter is furnished for easy installation of customer's own light reflector unit or fluorescent pylon light. Provides Eco Balanced inflation & island water service in the space occupied by an ordinary light standard. Overall height to top of 2" pipe adapter 63-3/4. approx. shipping weight is 226 lbs. This restored 240 model just got near $2900 last August.
