once you go 2nd gen, you won't go back ... it won't hold 4 on a tour comfortably, but if two it is all you need or any beyond 2 are vertically challenged or under 100 pounds ...

The car is originally from San Francisco. A guy in Indiana bought the car for too much money and then put a ton of cash in the paint and drivetrain. Then sold it at Mecum way cheap. The new guy bought it just to flip and was sending it to another Auction but I contacted him in advance and he sold it to me at a very fair price.

This is the standard spoiler on the 71 Z28. If you wanted the bigger one, you paid $79 extra for it

The 71 Z28 came with the one piece rear (short) spoiler, the front spoiler was not included UNLESS you ordered D80, the tall 3 piece rear one, THEN you got the front spoiler as well.

The front spoiler was added to this car sometime after it rolled out of the assembly line / dealership (assuming someone didn't replace the rear spoiler with the one piece to make the car look better ...)

Love those second gen Z28 Camaro's with the R/S package.
That color combo is sweet too.

The car did come with the D80 option, When they painted the car they welded the couple holes on the qtrs. and installed the shorty rear spoiler. Production date is 12-70

Jim- Is that front spoiler info correct? Back in the day my brother had a 71Z with one piece with front spoiler.
