Got back from seeing my baby!!!

Just wanted to let ya'll 02 ZL1 owners know that if you are wanting Matt to put you extra parts in your cars or even your pick-up, that the parts will not fit. I rented me a uhual trailer to bring the pieces back home, and I still had to put stuff in the bed of the truck. Can't wait to put the motor in my 82 Z28. Matt was ruthless though, as I was getting ready to take pictures of my car, which just got its motor but no tires or interior, he started up the 16 car. He drove it off the trailer and I went a running. Got pics and video of it but forgot to gets pics of mine. I got half way home before I realized what I had done.

For those of you that are getting the Phase II, It sounds great. [img]/ubbthreads/images/icons/grin.gif[/img] I wish I could have driven the car, but like I said it had no seats [img]/ubbthreads/images/icons/frown.gif[/img] . Well that is what I have to look forward to next time. [img]/ubbthreads/images/icons/smile.gif[/img]

Well looks like mine is getting close, but I think I am going to leave it there until they can put the 427 in.

And for the individual that has his Berger SS up there, I watched them working on the drivetrain. It looked like a patient on a table and seeing the doctor holding its heart in his hand. It was sad to see until they told me what they were doing to it. He had the heads off by the time I left the shop. I hope that is encouraging. I heard you been getting anxious about it.

What were they doing to the Berger? Mine was there back in April for the Phase II upgrade. From what I know, one other Berger lives in Georgia besides mine.

This one was a 02 white with red strips and convertible.

It was getting the phase 2 package also. Love that car.
Not sure what number it is as it was on the rack up in the air.
