Notice the MI. Manufacturer license plate. I believe this was the prototype that Chevy engineering was working on. The idea was to make a turbo 4 or 6 run like a V8. They were also working on turbo Novas. Chevy and Yenko were ahead of their time because today you have intercooled turbo 4 cyl engines that make a lot of power. It too bad the Vega engine was not more durable.
