Default 1970 L-78 short block for sale

I have a 3969854 short block dated E 28 70 stamped "CE" that I am considering selling. To the best of my knowledge it's standard bore and crank.I will verify this before I consider it sold.Cam and chain are gone.It looks pretty original as most of the paint is gone ect.I did notice some permatex on the rear main.Has domed pistons, stock I assume? Price is $2750. Im in Iowa, PM me with questions. Thanks

All 70 396 engines were .030 over from the factory. Actually 402 cubic in. but were still marketed as 396 engines.

I took the pan off and the crank number is 3904815NF dated K 16 8,it is 10/10. 2 bolt block. CE153074. Ok so whats the deal 2 bolt 854 block with a cast crank.Has the crank been replaced or did they use that block for more than the
L-78's? There was goop on the pan gasket so it has been apart. It does say pass-hi perf on the back.
