there are 2 styles that i'm aware of.....one has about 16 grooves or "fluting" that run the length of the sill plate between the two outer most screw holes.....the other style is embossed or "paneled"......i think the embossed were more widely used and depending on what GM had laying around at any given time both styles could be found on 67-69 camaros and firebirds......the ones i have are embossed
