Default Burns Chevrolet

Anybody familiar with Burns chevrolet in White Plains NY? I was told by the previous owner of my car that he took it there because it was using oil and he picked it up 2 weeks later and he thought that's when the motor got changed to the CE block that it has now.

I also see the feature car this month of Frank & Caleb Arone mentions that son Caleb has a DY 3900 mile COPO Camaro sold from Byrne Brothers, and possibly may attend SCR7.
