The car is not a Yenko Camaro. The car on the list N615016 is not the correct vin, the real Yenko Camaro is N615076 and currently restored and owned by a member of this site. The original inventory sheets are difficult to read and perhaps this is an example of a vin being recorded incorrectly. I don't think the Yenko list was ever changed to reflect this when the error was found years ago.

I have 2 Camaros that are very similar, yet neither is on the list. Both are X11 Style Trim, both have the Z 23 special interior, 140 speedo, pierced firewall, BE rear & other traits that ID them as Yenko Camaro's. The body # for 615076 is 21XX29 and the body # for 616128 is 21XX36 a mere 7 digets apart & surrounded by 11 other Yenko's with body #'s 21XX06 to 21XX43.
Years ago, I was lucky to meet Mark at a reunion who referred me to Warren Dernoshek. Warren had the original doc's for 615076, but not the other car.
Some may discount the automatic car(616128) because it has a non converted column shifter and tilt, but Warren told me that selling them this way was possible due to the extra cost that some customers didn't want to pay.
I'd still like to know more about the 69 Camaro that's listed as 616828, which is also a Fathom Green car. That is, if anyone has any real documentation on it, the copy of the page it's listed on, or if someone has the car itself.
616128 is still available for inspection.
