The '69 L89 Camaro that was stolen last night with the two other Camaros has been recovered. There are good leads for the other two cars. Luckily they are not on containers going overseas! The L89 was only 1 block from the building it was stolen from when the police spotted it. Score one for the good guys!

That's good news. My thought is that they would end up in containers, going overseas.

Good timing for the owner if the car decided to take a dump.

Hey Guys

I regulary import cars from USA. If these cars where going overseas, someone have had to take the time to change the Vin #.

Your customs are doing a very very fine job making sure that the cars are legit, i sent home two z06 corvettes 3 weeks ago, and the customs where picking apart every document, and checking with the guys on the titles, if it where a legit sale.

So my point,,, is that it takes a lot of effort to get trough your customs, at least thats my experience..

I'll stick my neck out here having been through the process twice with Nils. The system of exporting a car is much, much more involved than you would ever imagine. Hours of inspections (physical and paper trail) goes into the exporting process. There is gone in 60 seconds motive here... it takes weeks...
