Default '66 Nova L79 Engine

I've come upon a deal on what appears to be a complete running when pulled '66 Nova L79 Engine!.
It didn't seem cheap at first, but the more I search online the better of a deal it's beginning to seem afterall?.
A 'non-purist' car pal who lives near the guy w/ the motor has gone and looked at it for me and not all I've asked for is in yet...but so far it's a 362 casting block (no pad info yet), 490 intake and 154 distrib(early build?).. No more numbers or any casting/build dates yet but it's all there including heads, manifolds, balancer and H-carb!.
So...does anyone here know these well that can help me on some specifics and real values?.

Thanks fellas!.
