I have to ask because I have run across 3 of these now (2 sitting outdoors in sunny california), were these ever put in cars or just sold over the counter for racers. The word yenko is in the casting in the front of the block. way out of my league and had to ask.

Do a search here and you will find several posts here. From what I remember, DY bought the mold from GM. He cast two types, one for marine use and a smaller number for racers. One type has YENKO spelled out in words on an angle on the LH front side of the block. The other type has the yenko crest with yenko cast. Can't remember which is marine and which is drag. They are worth a few dollars.
Good Luck, Rich
