Default Old Hemmings ad 1969 L89 Camaro 4 wheel discs brks

I stumbled on an older Hemmings and was looking through it for something interesting. I found an ad for a 1969 Fathom Green L89 Camaro with 19K original miles, 4.56 posi, 4 wheel disc brakes, M22! Says original paint in mint condition too. Tough to tell if it could be an original car or not, but has anyone ever heard of an L89 4.56 JL8 car? That would be pretty rare beast!

The 4.56 gear was a COPO order in 69, though it did have an axle code (QZ).
Never heard of the car and I'm kinda a doubter on this one.

I'm a doubter too and it never says "original" or "#'s matching" anywhere in the ad, just "mint condition original paint". Didn't one of the COPO's have the 4.56 rear and documentation showing it?

My first thought was that it might be the L89 recently on Ebay but that car has an M20 and the Hemmings car is an M22. I'll give the number a call and ask. Never hurts to try.

You could always call the number and see what happened to it!

Who knows, maybe today's seemingly sky-high prices will look cheap in another 20 years? Yenko Camaros might be three million or more in 2030 and today's 150-300K asking prices will look "cheap."
