50th Anniversary Small Block Poster

Can anyone tell me where this came from and is it an odd piece?

It's a paper poster put out by Gm's Graphic & Design studio in 2005 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of their Small Block.
These were distributed to their Chevrolet dealerships.
They original came rolled in a tube..Someone had that framed and covered.

Thanks for the info. Where these available to the general public coming to the dealership?

In general,no,as GM issued it to just their dealers.
But what a Chevrolet dealership did afterwards was up to them.
Some kept em,some might have sold em or even given them away.
