In my opinion to the orig question, a valuable clue is the statement by the seller in the ad.
"IF INTERESTED MY SHOP CAN DO RESTORATION WORK ON THIS CAR,,,," No, or ZERO, They own a shop & recognize "they" or other wise owned by new buyer WILL be underwater when using this carcass as starter stock. as they say cheaper to purchase it finished. I have a Friend who saved a fathom Green 69 Z in the PNW & it is in the finished state & for sale (Flipper) & the conversations about his project have included the KILLER was the Metal work ($$) I have to assume great expenses would be incurred in this project restoration. I admire those who have the resources and desire to save them ALL! the hobby needs you.- UNICEF Camaro restorers!
