I was trying to figure out what that shape is. Looks like something got dropped into the intake.

Looks like a valve seat dropped and shattered. Then it got pulled into different cylinders.

I had that happen on a set of aluminum heads. The valve head got chewed up and nicely dispersed through all eight cylinders.
