With time on our hands, I’m digging through my old pics. Being a 427 affectionate, here’s one I owned in the late 70’s.
Motion-prepped, SS427 Chevrolet with 4-speed and 4:10 gears. What a bear! Those in the NE NHRA super stock scene might know the name Sherwood Allen with his string of “Soul Survivor” Camaros. He used to tune it and always said “Jeff, don’t ever sell this car” Stupid me.... She had the STANCE.

I found an old picture from the 2014 Downriver cruise with the Camaro in the background, before the old airshocks quit. They've been replaced since, and this is also before I redid the traction bars and added the HiJackers logos to the window. For some reason, the new shocks don't seem to raise it as much. Then again, I was 14 then, maybe I just got taller.

Exactly as he wanted it, so how it shall stay Also: 1995 Ford F-150 XL 2004 Dodge Ram Hemi GTX- #192 of 433 Ain't no fun in viewing your car as an 'investment'. Get out there and beat on it! |
