My camaro was stolen from the driveway of my new house at around 12:30 in the afternoon on 7/1/03. it is a #'s matching RS/SS convertible in lemans blue with white ralley stripes, white top and white standard interior.
It has a usa-1 front plate and a white california rear plate. It has a us flag on the ds rear quarter window. vin# <font color="blue"> 124679N654846 </font>

I've noticed in the last several years the increasing number of stolen classic car notices I see on the internet and Hemmings etc. Was not so many years ago you did not have all the antique car insurers that you have today and the stated value policies where you state how much the car is worth, instead of the old policies that went by book value. Wonder how many cars the owners have "disposed of" to get the easy insurance money in lieu of trying to sell it and most likely get less money.
No saying it happened in this case-just a good time to bring up this idea.
