Default A little bit of shaking going on!

It seems we had us a little 3.4 magnitude earthquake this morning centered here in TheMiddleOfNowhere, Missouri!

Not too long ago (they are saying 12:09am as of now) there was a quake centered about 5 miles west of us here in Alton, MO.

Here's the map:

Here's the preliminary report:

http://earthquake.usgs.gov/recenteqsUS/Quakes/nm630.htm

And lastly, here's a seismograph reading:

Anyway, you can say you heard it HERE first!

Could it have been your Dad starting up the Harrell Funny car this Morning?

Well, looks like they upgraded it to a 4.0, and moved the epicenter a little farther west. Still just about 20 or so miles from here, though.

Hi Guys,
Just got power back on this morning, visited the site to see what was going on and first thing I read was Rob's earthquake . I was going to go outside for walk, but it's a bit cloudy and I don't think I would survive a lighting strike .
