Default 1968 Nickey ad

I saw this ad in a mid-1968 Hot Rod magazine. Anybody know who's funny car or Trans-Am car they were selling? Also, any idea if Al Seelig, who is mentioned in the ad, is still around?

Thanks,
-Jon

Al is not with us, but, his son Mike is. We were in the same class at Maine East in Park Ridge. Yes, Hillary was a junior when we graduated.

Al's other son was the young guy kneeling on the cover of the '69 Nickey parts catalog. Isn't this "fluff" more pleasant than the RA V discussion?

Belair62,
I've been wondering the same thing about you and Slick Willie?

I've been around long enough to know that you are a closet Poncho Fanatic. Fess up, the truth will set you free.

Jon, the funny car was going to be Dick Harrell's to replace the Chevy II that Bill Thomas built. Bill also built this car. Not sure who the Trans Am car was for.........RatPack............
