Default COPO or Yenko block found?

A friend of mine just unearthed what is reported to be a 69 Camaro COPO engine. I am the first to admit that I am not a Chevy expert , so here is what is supposedly on the pad:
TO320LD 190249880

Any insight? Is there somebody in the group who is missing this motor? He has not bought it yet, but it is available.

Any help will be forwarded to him, unless somebody needs the block. Then I will tell him it is worthless and he should just give it to so and so...

Colin

It's a 427/425 horse motor out of a full size Chevy.
Close, but no cigar. Ask the Corvette guys if the want a good motor to restamp.
