I heard there was an Elvis (King) siteing down in AC this weekend. He's not a bad guy when you meet him in person. Saw a bunch of nice cars too. Some crazy money changing hands in AC today.

I think a 71 Baldwin Motion Chevelle sold Friday for $70,000 unrestored. The guy that bought it didn't even know what the Phase III box was for.

Did anyone take pictures of it? I'm sure there are some curious minds here.

The Infamous ZL1 "clone" was down there. No matter what anybody says, that car is sweet.I fell for a real nice 71 SS396 camaro, but didnt want to fork over the scratch to buy it.I would like to open my garage door and find that 68 Hemi dart clone parked next to that ZL1 clone which was parked next to that real SS396 Camaro. That would be sweet.

Rich, All those cars you mentioned were really nice cars. I did like that 71 BB camaro. All those clones were real nice this year. The 71 camaro was real though.

I believe an older fellow owned it. I think it was bought from an estate sale. Blue with black vinyl top. Had a lot of paper work. The car was a Motion Performance car and not from Baldwin Chevrolet. Maybe somebody else can chime in that payed more attention. Unrestored I think.
