I have a LS-7 in my 69 Malibu. It is bored .100 over with KB pistons. The rods, crank, and cam are stock LS-7. The heads are LS-7 with some porting done. It has around 600 hp with a Team-G and a 950 hp Holley. I was concidering buying a pump gas motor and selling the LS-7. Are LS-7 engines valuable now days? I'm just curious on the value in case I sell it.

I recently bought a new crate LS-7 for $2600. I thought it was a great buy. LS-7's don't seem to bring big $'s since they were never factory installed and a lot of people don't want the high compression (yourself included).

The stock compression was 12.5 to 1, with the KB pistons is 13.8 to 1. Race gas only. I need a 502 I think.
