Default LS-6 valve cover decals

Has anyone ever seen a valve cover decal like the one on these valve covers. Looks like it's been on there for a long time but I've never seen one before. I'm also curious about the '70 LS-6 Chevelles that have the "450 HP" label on their rear bumper pads. Was that just something one assembly plant did or dealer installed?

I only know of Two LS-6 Chevelles,(Have you seen others?),that show "450/HP painted on the rear SS Bumper pad.One Red Hardtop, one Black Convert. They were both originally owned by Bob Fuller of Iowa, and he admittedly put them there day 2 because he liked the way it looked.

That decal you show resembles one I saw in the 1980's made by a local Novelty Co.
