More on the Winters logo. This is a logo on an NOS
tri-power intake I have here. See the lack of clarity on
the logo? Compare that to the logo on the block in
question.

Just interesting........ I'll get a life soon.

I can't believe someone would even ask what
the machine cost would be on it.

There are not even bolt holes or water jackets.

You can buy a new one for 3-5K with bolt holes.

Bob,

You gotta file down all those burrs & sharp edges !
If you don't, stubbing your toe on the coffee table
will get real bloddy.

Okay! Yes, This is my block. I didn't find a post until now. I don't know too much about this block other than what I have described. The block was included with 3 Yenko Cars that I bought from the Holub Collection about 4 years ago, along with a few other blocks. The question is if the water jackets are there full of sand, or is the block completely solid. I had an email with an idea to drill a hole in one of the freeze plugs to find out. That's great, but then I have a hole in my block, and it's never been touched. Anyone have any ideas?
I have no idea what this block is worth!

I understand thant some solid blocks were cast for special
racing applications. I'm sure some members here can fill
you in on that. I would think the weight alone would be
the key factor. With all of the water passages filled with
aluminum, this block would have to be 25 pounds heavier at
least. I'll bet at least one member here has one of these
blocks and can get you a weight to compare against.

I'm serious....coffee table....in fact it would look cool in a set-up like Jeff Morroco has in his bar.
