Default Need advise, selling LS6 and drive train.

After wrestling with this problem for some time I've decided not to try to keep the drive train out of the GMMG ZL1. It's just not worth the hassle. Can you guys give me an idea of what this stuff is worth and where to sell it.

Here's most of the stuff; LS6 engine stamped 'GMMG ZL1 #51" not that that adds any value, clutch, drive-shaft, rear end, frt. and rear end parts, complete A/C, water pump is still attached to the engine.

All this stuff is at LWA in Doraville, GA and I'd rather discount it and sell it than fool with it. Any ideas as to how to move it and what it might be worth. Of course, if I leave the engine at Waldens long enough he will sell it it but I'd like to sell it all and be done with it. Thanks!

Probably ebay is your best bet, wouldn't hurt to list on LS1 Tech and the other sites. You can also try SCCA forums as lot's of guys are running TI Z06's and they pop LS6's all the time due to the timing chain issue. That would make a great package for someone with a salvage or roller Fbod!-I know Matt sells all the LS1 conversion engines to a local dismantler who is hoarding them for down the line spec play.He doesn't get very much for them(2K).If you plan to keep the car indefinitely I would reconsider "parting" with those items-might make it more attractive down the road for it's future curator.JMHO

I hate to part with them but my idiot builder only built my house with 5 garage spaces instead of 6. Plus, I was supposed to have more storage area. And, Yenko didn't save the old engines, so if this comes back to bite me in the butt just remember not too long ago I sold a '66 Paxton SC Mustang Shelby, CA car, low mileage and no rust for $17,500.

So, I've done stupider!

I'm posting something similar on LS1Tech trying to get an idea of what it's worth. Seems like somebody could use it.

May I respectfully ask what happened to the CAMARO to force this sale situation ????
