Default 1968 427 motor...what did it come in?

here is a photo of a 427 motor, 321 casting , 4bolt main...
....Can anyone tell me what it came in?
...it is dated F167

...that is the last four digits....I think RH may be someone's initials....but I do not know...

upon checking two of the most used sites (below) I do not see those codes even coming close to a 68 427
(all suffix appear to start with an "I" for that motor)

Anytime i have had a block with too many numerals for the month and day,and also when the Letter suffix started with a A or B [usually but not always]it has been marine application. I used to buy blocks from Marinas in CT and RI and each time they were either non stamped[for 66 and 67] or A,B with 5 numerals in the case of 1968 and 1969 vintage blocks. Most but not all have been AA or BA...
