No offense to lawyers but it's the lawyers. Some kid dies in a car crash while wearing a T-shirt that says Mopar on it and the dead kid's family's lawyer sues Chrysler since they have the deepest pockets. Therefore, all use of the Mopar logo shall be tightly controlled by Chrysler's corporate legal department and thoroughly checked before any further use is allowed herein, forthwith, and subsequent to all penalties under past, existing, and future law/laws, thought, deed, intent, or anything at all anywhere at any time, here on earth or any planet in our present and/or future solar system/galaxy/universe/cosmos.
(Hey, I coulda'been a lawyer!) |

Ignorance, that's all I can say.
I wonder how any of those yokels in that post would like it if someone just decided to move into their basement or garage. Or, maybe just showed up with a shovel and turned part of their lawn into a field for growing corn that they sold at the intersection... My guess is that those douchebags calling someone a Nazi would probably get their Wal-Mart shotgun and try to fill the "squatters" up with buckshot. Don't say that it's not the same thing.... Don't bash lawyers; it's not a lawyer's fault that a flea-market t-shirt producer decided to get rich off of someone else's property. Those guys are all idiots. |
