Wow that looks like it may have original paint... I sure hope it does not get restored if it does... Nice color combo but Bench seat... YUK

I agree with the original paint.Besides the engine being rebuilt at one time,it looks like a real time capsule...my kind of car.

As long as the shifter is on the floor, I don't think many people will mind the bench seat. Sure beats all to hell the bucket seat/no console/column shift TH400 '70 Goat I saw at Kruse Auburn a few years back....

They forgot to order the console... thats how that happens. Some people thought that because bucket seats were standard that the console came with them.

My Sister had a Blue on Blue 84 Monte SS that was a bucket seat, no console, column shift car. It was a factory officals car.

I had a buddy who also ordered a new monte SS, when it arrived with buckets and a column shift he freaked. The salesman obviously did not guide him through the order sheet. I blame the dealer. He had to take the car.

I'm not sure what the problem is with column shift? Maybe someone forgot to order the console, or they didn't want the console. It's not my first pick, but I don't think it's weird in the least.
