I read in the other thread about Carlisle that lots of cars were "no sale". Was anyone there that can shed some light on what prices were like? Seems that very few cars a changing hands right now on the various web sites and ebay and I am wondering what the scene at Carlisle was like? Thanks in advance

I'd say most musclecars were approx $5000 light, maybe a little more.. Sales percentage from what I saw couldn't have been more than 20-25%.[if that high]
Many musclecars offered were in the $40-$50 range..THe LS-6 guy next to me was $15K short...Most of the others I talked to were $5000 right on the dime short...6% to Carlisle. |

Yes I was at Carlyle and was there mainly for parts however I did see a few cars that were nicely restored. The few real nice ones I saw were clones. Like the 68 black convertible Camaro. For my 2 cents worth I think that there were many
real nice drivers at good prices. PJ |

Thanks guys. Seems to confirm what I overheard a couple dealers saying at a recent auction...prices are down between 10% and 20% versus last Spring.

If there IS a link to the Carlile auction , I'd love to see it...thanks |
