2 streetrod friends stopped by my shop on sunday asking about heads . they asked if one set would fit the short block they had. looking in the back of the pickup, i pulled the head over to me flipped it over.. closed chamber.. told them no they have 12-1 open pistons and these heads are closed.

then thought to my self.. hmm 840's i looked down and seen 391's

so anyone looking for a set of 3904391 heads? before they are ebayed or brought up to superchevy (maple grove, pa)

i think i saw 66 date but not sure. i'll get more info tonight with some photos.

i was stund to see the 391.. i think i saw 6 as the casting year.. im going to take a few photos tonight..

Those heads in good condition would bring $3500 to $4000 on Ebay, maybe more.
