Also Municipal, Provincial, Federal Goverments and Court system do not have a clue what to do and from my observations are so terrified of the native situation/ land claims they refuse to take a firm stand or opinion, but rather put their their heads in the sand, or give appearances of going through the motions and accomplish nothing, while spending big taxpayer bucks.
