Default 1969 Camaro X44 restoration

Just picked up a 69 X44, vin N640566 no drive train, but a 12 bolt rear. The engine that had been in it (not original) is a 350 with the following codes

Cowl tag Nor326657 Tr 718, X44

Engine pad in front of Pass head K0206TDT
under it C84138274
Rear of block GM 3970010 K12
heads 333882 GM5T D1874

Can anyone figure out the two numbers on the front engine pad, one appears to be a partial vin ?
