Another Great.... Don Stowers story!
While at Vette Fest, Darren comes up to me and tells me that Don Stowers is looking for me. So I meet Don by his beautiful car, and Don shows me these pictures and tell me this story.
The first picture is of Don in Vietnam in October of 1968 ordering his new 1969 Chevelle. Priceless!  This was the car he ordered...1969 SS396 L35 325hp Chevelle, White, Radio Delete. Don arrives bacj in the states, he is picked up at Lambert Airport in St. Louis, with his brand new car. The car has 111 miles on it that day. Great story Don!    Dan.
