mopar distributor id help

hope somebody can help me identify a few mopar dist i have hanging around here are the part #s that are on a metal tag
3690432 and has a 39 7 above it, has a gold tag.

the other has a purple tag with part # 3690431, and has 19 9 above it. any help would be great thanks
