Two years ago, I posted some pictures of a real '32 3 window being extracted from a garage about 3 blocks from my house.
It had been parked there for 50 years, unknown to anyone. Since I have already won the Camaro lottery with the story about how I acquired my car, what would be the odds on having me discover this car? ![]() Anyway, somebody suggested that I move the story to the HAMB board, which I did. (As an aside, if you want to have a better appreciation for this site, try posting something there.) Never again. So, if you'd like to catch up with the progress of the resurrection of a real basket case, here is the link: http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showt...ule&page=13 The story picks up at page 13. If you have some spare time, start at the beginning. It won't take long to see why I feel the way I do. (There are more good comments than bad, but the bad manners there would never fly here.) Last time I checked, there were over 37,000 hits on this thread. If one of these guys looks familiar, here's a hint ![]() Stay tuned, I will continue to follow this story, and report back on the progress.
