Default Camaro Proportioning Valve Autopsy

I just finished an article that describes how to disassemble the proportioning valve that was used on 1967 - 1969 Camaros equipped with disc brakes. The CRG describes the valve here:

I'd appreciate any insights, additions, or corrections to make the article more useful. Does anyone know the original part number? Was the valve used on any other vehicles? Is anybody interested in a seal kit to rebuild the valve?
